band lip synching on a studio stage. They "perform" the following songs: "School Love",

- "Super Rock Japan" filmed in Japan on August 12, 1984. Includes press conference and
footage of the band performing "Metal On Metal" and part of "School Love".
- ANVIL featured on MUCHMUSIC's "Canada Calling Spotlight" in 1987. Includeds interview
with Lips and Dave Allison.
- Lips and Dave Allison host MUCHMUSIC's "Power Hour" in 1987.
